this is the base that should not be changed (at least not by a lot). I basically think of three different options to add on top of that list and I'd like to get some feedback on each of 'em if possible - thanks in advance!

Total: 1850 pts

Its not that destroyers are weak (I rather like them myself), its that heavy destroyers are unnecessary in a list that has so many warriors.

It's perfectly legal

The unit cannot embark on it, and isn't supposed to do so either, they have been (and still are) marching on foot, constantly being covered and supplied by the two Ghost Arks. The problem with Warriors is their extremely short range, especially template weapons can wreck havoc on huge blobs whereas a danger zone of 48'' can provide cover for your infantry.

Scarabs, on the other hand, are another extremely good anti-vehicle unit and can also tarpit or protect other units and have recently received a considerable buff. Tomb Blades might be good, tempted to try 'em out.

Triarch Stalkers are awesome models and buff both my Warriors and my Immortals, but might be overpriced, yet they provide more AV 13.

That's why I asked for comments, ideas etc. - it's hard to decide

I tend to take destroyers over tomb blades. Base cost they might be cheaper but to get the 3+ save.. you have to pay for it.. to get the better weapon.. you have to pay for it... destroyers still have more firepower and preferred enemy.

I would likely mix and match. A stalker and 10 scarabs perhaps. You get all the tl from the stalker and still the firepower of the scarabs.

I ran tesla immortals for a long time, and they never really performed well, and can't be brought back with the ark.

I would change out the immortals for more warriors and add a annihilation barge.

I know you don't like flyers, but one of my favorite tactics is to use a scythe to drop 15 warriors pretty much anywhere on the table and unload with rapid fire shots. The unit can statistically put out enough glances to drop nearly any vehicle, and if even 1 model survives the turn, the arks replenish the unit.
