I see you're in love with those Serpents! Wave Serpents are great, but don't underestimate the heavy support option in the Eldar dex, such as the fire prism, which still has some great destructive capabilities.
Personally, I think one of the problems you're going to run into with this list is high model-count armies, such as Orks or Guard. Admittedly, the Serpent Shield is amazing, but it's still possible to glance it to death. That, and guardians are both terrible in close combat and will get shot into a mushy paste from almost anything with a reasonable unit size if they're caught outside their vehicle or out of cover, either way out in the open. Keeping with the mechanize theme (wraith constructs don't count!), you could always use some Eldar Jetbikes. They're reasonably tough, extremely mobile and undeniably one of the best units in all of 40k. You could use Jetbikes as your objective-grabbers and then with the points saved from the removal of the wave serpents you could buy some falcons (maybe, I am yet to see their usefulness), or fire prisms (which in my opinion are great).
In regards to the fire dragons, they're great for popping those annoying bastard long ranged tanks as quickly as possible, essentially as a suicide unit.
In regards to HQ choice, Farseers have certainly been taken down a peg or two, but still are pretty awesome. Vectored engines are not necessary whatsoever.

You will want atleast a couple fireprisms OR a squad of walkers. (or both) HS is a huge part of the game.

Put your farseer on a bike for sure.
