To that end I've started converting the hull so it's oriented backwards. In that orientation the treads do look like a smaller Land Raider, and I've replaced the sponsons with Pred sponsons. The new front, when I finish, will look allot like the Forgeworld Spartan.

However, the normal Russ turret doesn't really match the aesthetic. I want something that looks more like a Israeli Merkava IV turret, but I can't find any of those for less then 50$.
A smaller, sleeker version of the Legion Gave turret would also do. I'm not good enough yet to build one completely out of plasticard.
