1) How do you guys paint the marines clothes? I was looking at the paint bundle on their website but it doesn't to cover painting the models to that high a detail, I've looked online but couldn't find any tutorials.
2) How would you guys suggest get a sand dune like affect for the bases? I was thinking of using plaster?

I feel with bolt action unlike warhammer 40k or warmachine I don't highlight much.
