The Waterhorse!!!!!!
It basically has the body of a seal but covered in fur with similarily well defined musculature but has a long neck (30-40%the length of its body,so bout 1/3 its body length) with a half seal/horse like head with a mane and kind looking eyes......and its 40 to 60 feet long.
The only reason this is worth mentioning is because whenever it appears it constantly has these exact features, with no deviation from what I mentioned.
