Looking to expand my Space Wolves army, Allies? Or more Wolves?

Hello everyone, about 2 1/2 years ago my wife bought me a pack of Grey Hunters... and I was hooked. I ended up painting about 1500 points worth of army, won a painting competition, then suddenly I dropped it all, and haven't picked up a brush in over a year and a half! Long story short, I'd like to get back into it, but now that a new edition is out, and I really am not familiar with "allies" and what not, I wanted to know what people thought about how I should build the rest of my army. I'm not looking for the "perfect" army, to kick peoples butts, I'm way more into fluff and back ground story (Which is probably why I haven't learned the new rules!!!) Any way, Here is what I have thus far (Also I have attached pictures for reference) I like the idea of Space wolves teaming up with Valhallans, to keep it with the "snowy" theme. I'm far past the days of "buy extra, and then swap out your units" as I do not have that much of a disposable income any more! As you could have guessed I am much more casual when it comes to playing the game, and enjoy the painting building part of the hobby a TON. Anyway, any general input would be more than appreciated. And thanks in advance!
