Reasonably priced terrain

So, I feel like a little bit of a jeb searching in this way.

I've just finished off two boards a very nice burnt earth style board (lots of black and grey) and a static grass/mud board.

We're doing some batrep stuff for a webTV channel and thought it'd be a lot easier (as it may be time consuming) to do it at my place instead of the local club and we basically need terrain!

The website I regularly use only really stocks quite expensive terrain but we want quite a lot of options for the two style of boards, we have a lot of GW 40k terrain painted to suit the burnt earth board, but some other options would be great.

If anyone can recommend me any (UK based) terrain stores that do some stuff that can work well on those kindsa boards I'd be very appreciative.

Thanks guys (if this is in the wrong place, please do move)

Not the lest expensive, but reasonably priced, a good value for dollar, sturdy, and easily assembled.

I have also heard good things about GF9 pre-painted terrain.

The Gothic terrain from Pegasus works very well for 40K terrain. It is modular, but dry fits nicely so you can test some configurations. Pegasus has a variety of Gothic terrain kits, including ruined buildings.

There were pics of a very nice set of pieces posted by Brent over at Strictly Average a while ago using Pegasus Gothic sets.

Tablescape.co.uk is good value and pre painted. It's foam molded but tough as hell!

I'm at Wayland at the moment picking up some Spartan games and Bandua stuff. All very nice too. Wayland have a large selection of terrain, so worth a mooch.

I'll second (third?) Pegasus hobbies kits as well. Not just the platform we but the gothic kits too.

I might be able to find you something you like and if you want to buy a lot give you a nice discount too ;P I have also made a few bits of my own terrain for at home so may be ale to suggest some blue peter stylie terrain you can make yourself too!
