				<description><![CDATA[ Might i suggest that if your running the comms relay now due to astropaths not working on the Eldar, you might consider dropping the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'><span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(338);'>CCS</span></span> for the AMAZINGLY effective primaris psyker? Just his standard powers are marvelous. Old style you cannot shoot us because were shrouded rules power that hasnt been <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(36);'>FAQ</span>'d and the amazing <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(1);'>2d6</span> strength 6 hits lightning arc making him a steal at 70 points. And he comes with a force weapon and has some pretty decent stats to go with it.]]></description>
