Necron vs Dark Eldar Zone Mortalis 1000 points

Just wanting opinions on this list, it's not perfect but I think it might serve quite well.

HQ: 190 - Necron Overlord w/ Gauntlet of Fire, Tesseract Labyrinth, Resurrection Orb and Phase Shifter.
35 - Cryptek (Harbinger of the Storm) w/ Lightning Field.

Troops: 195 - 15 x Necron Warriors (Cryptek and Overlord attached)

Elites: 250 - C'tan Shard w/ Pyreshards and Gaze of Death.
130 - 10 x Flayed Ones.

Fast Attack: 200 - 5 Necron Destroyers.

The idea is that each of the 4 main units will be acting mostly autonomously of the others, hunting down prey in the cramped tunnels. The Destroyers are pumping out 10 vicious shots that are hitting on a 3+, wounding on a 2+ (to the main bulk of the DE infantry, at least), re-rolling failed to-hit and to-wound rolls, and denying pretty much all armour saves. The Warriors have weight of shots going for them, with the Overlord's gauntlet providing suppression where needed, and the Cryptek's Lightning Field making the DE wary to assault with anything weak, helping me stay out of melee. The C'tan Shard will go off on his merry way, tearing through infantry units as and where it finds them, or ripping apart monstrous creatures if there are any. Finally, the Flayed Ones will infiltrate as far ahead as they dare to tear into any vulnerable units, relying on their volume of attacks to cull the numbers. Without transports to protect the squishy infantry, I'm hoping the DE will panic and attempt to find vantage points to take dedicated shooting rounds against me, but with reanimation protocols and none of the units relying on the others, his only tactic can be to keep back and shoot, and DE aren't going to beat Necrons in a shooting match.

What do you think? I know the Tesseract Labyrinth looks a little off, but that in itself works as a fear tactic to stop the DE trusting in the combat abilities of an Archon.

The labyrinth is okay, but I would rather have mindshackle scarabs for more reliable archon stopping power. The tesseract is a one shot pop and archons have 3 wounds, so only a 50/50 shot, where the scarabs work as often but every round, and allow you to fight back. I would also say the gauntlet is worthless compared to the warscythe, but against DE and in Zone Mortalis it is very good.

The C'tan shard is going to be vulnerable to all of the poison DE can field. To them, he is no different than 4 fire warriors. The gaze is nice if you can get to combat(you will need the healing) but sinks a lot of points against an army that is built to handle high T targets.

Infiltrating is nice, but scarabs would probably fare better than flayed ones. In combat, the flayed ones will probably hold and do damage, but the scarabs will hurt more and last longer.

I kept the C'tan in because I originally built the list around how devastating a Tomb Stalker would be against Dark Eldar in Zone Mortalis, but I realised that you can't actually field a Tomb Stalker, so I left the C'tan in the hope it could perform the same sort of role, though not anywhere near as well. As for the scarabs, I avoided them initially because of the size of their bases, not that many will actually be involved in combats because of the narrow corridors. However, if I were to remove the flayed ones and C'tan, then put in a Destroyer Lord with res orb and staff of light to attach to a squad of 5 Triarch Praetorians, then perhaps increase my number of Destroyers?
