That is simply stupid.

Mephiston is a great character but for crying out loud, 490 points in there. Against common believe, neither of them are invincible and once the LR is gone, so is Mephiston. (If I recall correctly, he doesn't even have Inv). Consider giving him some meatshields. Maybe one of those Assault squads (35p discount on LRR, wtf) or even Terminators if you can afford it.

Other than that, this list seems solid and it might do fine. I too would stick meph in the storm raven with a furioso, gives him an assault partner and a overwatch shield. id either drop the LR or put something useful inside it, I havnt played BA in a little but dont you save extra points if you take assault squad remove jump packs and take a transport? Also the multi melta in the tac squad is not good, if anything take a ML or las and combat squad it, but dont bother slugging that thing around with you and only snap shotting.

Run Mephiston by himself, putting him in a Storm Raven is asking for something to kill it before putting him down(or slowing which removes some shots from the Storm Raven, which is silly).
