I am happy to answer this Wolf Brother for I too field the great wolf as well!

Answer:
No the Wolf Guard are still part of Logan's company(Because Logan is the Great Wolf so his Company was made to be the Company of The Great Wolf)
Arjac Rockfist has a black shoulder Pad so it's implied that they too will bear this to show that they are in fact the Company of the Great Wolf. But I believe this is only for Wolf Guard/Optional. Also I believe it's only the right one(from the model's perspective). Kevin is also correct in that his Wolf Guard are still part of Grimnar's Great Company.
