So the idea is obvious I suppose, support batteries and nightspinner hang back, using LoS blocking terrain and/or the aegis line for cover. Farseer sits with them to hand out guide/prescience. Warlocks also go with them probably for conceal for the sweet sweet 2+ cover (one mans the Icarus cannon). The rest of the army functions as a wolf pack, re-deploying and concentrating firepower to the part of the battlefield that requires it the most.

A couple of unit explanations. The Vypers would probably normally have been war walkers, but I really wanted 3 barrage weapon sources in this list, so no room in the heavy slot. Warp Spiders would probably be "better" than the Vypers, but this isn't a WAAC list, I don't own more than 8 spiders, and I want to play Vyper's as I haven't given them a shot in a long time (4th edition?). The extra mobility of the Vypers pushed the rest of the list in a certain direction so everything could be mobile. The Icarus Lascannon is because I am a little worried about heavier armor and not as much about flyers. A couple of my regular opponents are IG and they do occasionally toss a Leman or 3 at me to keep me honest (plus an occasional landraider from the BA player).

My thoughts on changes: Originally I had a second Farseer on bike with mantle instead of the Laughingtarch. I just don't think the second one's needed? Wave Serpent's are already twin-linked, the cannons on the Vypers likely will be, Hunter is BS 5, so the only unit that would really benefit would be the spiders, which, while great, is too restrictive (Farseer always has to be around the Spiders then). So, I switched to the Laughingtarch and hope that he will cause enough harassment to keep my barrage and spiders to stay alive longer. I could drop the Nightspinner for a 3rd Vaul's Wrath, take 5 man Dire Avenger squads instead of Guardian Defenders, drop some vehicle upgrades and maybe drop a Vyper to pick up another infantry unit plus Wave Serpent?
