Centurion Arms?

Alright, I want to get one thing clear: I know it's a game, I know they're just toys/models.

I was looking at the models on the GW website when I noticed something about the new Centurion models, there is no space for the marines' arms. Am I just missing it? It clearly has a mechanical joint for an elbow, no space inside the suits' arms for the marines' arms. Yet if the arms are controlled by levers, wheels, knobs, or the like, it would be entirely too cumbersome to use during combat, especially the assault version. I read something in one of the rumor threads that had posted along side of a picture of it that said the arms are folded in front of the marines chest, sort of like how Dracula sleeps in a coffin. This makes even less sense because then either the controls would need to be set up on opposite sides inside the suit meaning if he takes a hit directly to his (not the suits) arm he could lose power/control in both arms, or he would have to learn how to control the left arm using his right and vice versa. We can clearly see that it has a motion controlled guidance system and responds to the marines' footsteps. Why would they not do the same for the arms? Either bulk up the forearm to allow the marines' arm to fit inside, or just have them hanging out in front or to the side, clearly visible. Anyone else see what I'm seeing?

in the issue of white dwarf the guy who made the models came up with some bs about them being cross together when they step into the suit.

apparently they step in and are buttoned up in the back .... with their hands behind constricted for some odd reason.

he should have just made them extensions of the arms imo.

I assume there is a kind up uplink from their black carapace through their power armor to the Centurion suit. They're already wired into their power armor so being able to learn how to control the Centurion armor like that isn't unreasonable. I mean if a monkey can learn to control a robotic arm with it's mind to eat a banana, then Marines controlling this with their minds isn't that far fetched.

You would rather have them floating in a cocoon like tau crisis suits? At least the designer came up with a plausible explanation.

I see the centurion suit as the step before the dreadnought. That monstrosity is controlled purely by thoughts too since the pilot's body is little more then a head and torso.
