As far as the rest of the list, it looks like you have a LOT of anti vehicle, not a lot of anti MEQ/TEQ. I would consider swapping out two of the melta vet squads for plasma vet squads. I see the list doing very well against something like firewarrior/vehicle heavy Tau though. i will drop the lascannon as you suggested, i should have enough anti-tank its true, and i'll put some plasma in a vet team or two
