First thought was bits websites, but so far only legs and hooves for £5.00. Debating whether to just try and mould them out of green stuff, unless you guys have any ideas on what might be a suitable replacement?

Yeah, if I were you, I'd use a modelling putty and form the upside down vase shape of hooves. Completely solid, no detail. Once they dry, just slice slits in them, and viola! At the time I had never used green stuff, but wanted to make hoves, just like suggested above.
It didn't turn out great, but not bad for a first go. Even though it's not painted, it should give you an idea.

One tip - green stuff is just plaster, it doesn't really act as glue or bear load.
