That's covered under allies which has some force chart restrictions and requirements. I'll be honest though, Space Wolves and Grey Knights as battle brothers would be kind of a hard sell, Space Wolves don't play nice with the Inquisition and are somewhat humanist towards mortal soldiers and not wanting to waste them. Grey Knights are pretty hardcore when it comes to preventing the fall of the species to Chaos and there would be a lot of conflict.

The Emperor's Gift is a great novel to read if you haven't, that breaks down the relationship of the two and really shows why they fit into the "Allies of Convenience" camp. Kind of like the Space Wolves and Dark Angels, they can work together but there is a lot of bad blood between them.
