I just can't decide if I should run them as Warp Talons or Raptors, its a 5 man squad so I was thinking Warp Talons for the Inv (4++ with MoT) and Power armor shredding ability, but I hear bad things, so maybe Raptors?

If you kill too many in the shooting phase you either fail to get into combat or win combat in one round.
Then the Lord and Raptors die horribly in your opponent's shooting phase.

Raptors are probably the best bet. Just take them cheap with two special weapons, more than likely melta guns for the added versatility.
