Farseer joins the XV8 Team and the unit is able to move to the full ability of the Battlesuits.<br /> <br /> 2. Jain Zar joins the Harlequins and can benefit from Veil of Tears even while she loses the benefits of Acrobatics and the Harlequins lose the benefit of their Flip Belts but the whole unit has Hit and Run still. Jain Zar does not gain the Furious Charge rule, but the Harlequins do not lose this rule either.<br /> <br /> 3. Shadowsun joins her Bodyguards and the whole unit can Infiltrate and the whole unit gains the Stealth and Shrouded special rules.<br /> <br /> 4. Any <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(67);'>IC</span> joined to a XV8 Team with a surviving Crisis Suit that has the Vectored Retro-Thruster upgrade has Hit and Run and the test is done at the highest initiative present in the group (ex for the Farseer and the XV8s they would Hit and Run at 5 Initiative).<br /> <br /> 5. An XV8 Crisis Suit can use a Multi-Spectrum Sensor Suite and still use his Flamer in Overwatch as well as using his Neuroweb System Jammer in the opponent's Shooting Phase.<br /> <br /> 6. Determining wounds on Shadowsun and her Bodyguards is done at T4 as long as that is the majority toughness, despite Shadowsun being T3 and one Bodyguard having T5. If the only surviving models in the unit are Shadowsun and the T5/T4 Bodyguard the unit is wounded based on T5/T4 respectively.<br /> <br /> 7. Shadowsun's Command Link drone can target its own unit for re-rolling purposes, and this would not stack with the Command and Control Node, as you can't re-roll twice.<br /> <br /> <br /> I plan to keep my fire warriors in reserve for as long as possible, using them late game to capture any points in my backyard. Jain Zar and her Harlequins will move across the field with the Guardians and their accompanying Warlocks, attempting to take points late game and provide hard choices for shooting by my opponent and giving me a solid mobile unit with lots of close range firepower and emergency assault power. Shadowsun will infiltrate with her bodyguards and attempt to take out heavy armor and transports, opening anything the rest of the army can't deal with while also being hard to kill. My Farseer will roll all three rolls on the Runes of Fate Psychic Powers table and hope for anything other than Mind War and Death Mission (so two good powers is worst scenario). Then my Farseer, along with the XV8 team, will proceed to hunt down anything that dies to massed S5 firepower (so everything!). Meanwhile my Vaul Artillery will sit back and either tank shots or cover my Fire Warriors and anything else that tries to contest my points or sneak up behind me.<br /> <br /> My big worry is about flyer heavy lists, my general game plan in the case of a flyer heavy list would be to try to do as much damage turn one with Shadowsun while busting hell to get the rest of my army across the map and simply hope that all the flyers don't come out on turn 2, or if they do they only have one turn to shoot at me before they're past me/off the field again.]]></description>
