By deploying in refused flank I should be able to maximize Pedros 12" bonus as well.. the idea is basically a gunline as you probably understand.

Good, bad, ugly? Viable? I do feel I lack CC power, so for 1500 I'd probably add termies. But at this level, I can't justify it. A dread perhaps?
