I'm curious do they make PA and TDA for normal sized men??? Or are inquisitors given the same kind of augmentation as space marines?

Yes they do make PA for normal sized men. they also make Power armor the size of Spacemarine power armor that a Normal person can wear.

http://youtu.be/NQL2cojKxwg?t=3m9s

if you look at the Inquisitor he is the same size as a space marine while not being one

Inquisitors in power armor and TDA

There's different styles of power armor, sized differently.

The difference between Inquisitors, Sisters of Battle and the normal humans who use it and Space Marines is in how they interact with it. Marines have the Black Carapace, allowing them to interact with the armor and get way more out of it such as the strength enhancements and other biological functions. Inquisitor/Sister power armor, by contrast, does not have that and mostly is there to provide protection.

Inquisitors in power armor and TDA

Inquisitors can get power armour as well as Terminator armour, although whether or not they actually do depends heavily on their personal modus operandi. Quite a number of Inquisitors prefer either the comfort or the discretion of lighter clothing, and not every Inquisitor will seek personal combat, instead preferring to let their henchmen or inducted Imperial forces do the "dirty work" and dispatch of any malcontents their investigation has uncovered.

Unlike the PA patterns used by the Space Marines or the Sisters of Battle, however, those suits will be unique custom jobs - which is why it's hard to make a catchall description regarding their capabilities. They can be bare-bones armour who are worn just for the physical protection they provide, or they may be souped up with all sorts of technological marvels, similar to or even surpassing the richly equipped Astartes suits.

As far as control mechanisms are concerned, there would be several options. There is always the option of the interface being built to allow usage by anyone, employing methods such as pressure sensors or nerve impulse pickups interpreting the movement of the user and causing the electrically motivated fibre bundles of the suit to replicate them.

Alternatively, invasive surgery would allow for direct implantation of the necessary guidance systems, which allows for a "tighter" connection between user and armour, in essence the latter becoming a part of the former, thus feeling more natural and perhaps allowing for more accurate feedback and thus better control of the armour. Space Marines utilise the Black Carapace for this effect, but as GW sources such as the Inquisitor RPG mention, some Inquisitors are using MIUs as well.
Another advantage of direct implementation is that sensors embedded within the user allow equipment such as onboard medical suites to receive more detailed readings of the condition of their owner.

Inquisitors in power armor and TDA

Well, I wouldn't necessarily take the miniatures as a good indication of size. The models are all in "heroic scale" and sized somewhat similar. Granted, proportions will undoubtedly vary wildly across Imperial worlds depending on what planet someone may hail from, but I doubt that just about everyone almost reaches the ~2.1 meters of a Space Marine.

That being said, Terminator armour often adds quite a few centimeters to a user (thick soles + "cowl"), so ..

Re:Inquisitors in power armor and TDA

Inquisitors, being Inquisitors, can get whatever the hell they want as far as equipment goes.

PA would be relatively easy for them to get, although not all will get some because its not their style.

TDA is even rarer, but they can get it. Again, not many will get it because of personal preference.
