Aha in all seriousness... I like your list, no Deathmarks with despair teks but I guess you have to cut something out for the chaos contingent!

I'd try and have more whip coils on the wraiths.. They just wreck stuff in combat when they strike first, and with only one you don't get their full potential. I'd make some points up by removing the 6th warrior in the ghost ark, and taking out a wraith, you can then afford another 4 whip coils and it makes them much more effective. You could then take out a single cultist to make room for one more whip coil..

But you still have a heavy slot free in your necron force to take another flyer or support weapon for a similar cost to the heldrake alone.

Or you could spend the points of the heldrake to get you another warrior+night scythe unit. That'll still leave you 130 odd points to play with either to pad out the ghost arks warrior unit to give you a good fire base or to take a couple of spyders to give you some monsterous close combat support (much much much better than a plain sorcer and cultists).
