				<title>1500pt Daemon Army - Balanced</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ So I'm trying to build a relatively balanced 1500pt Daemon army that has some answers in every phase of the game. So I don't want it to be a monster mash, but I want some <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MC</span>'s in there to deal with heavy armor vehicles. If I can make it more of a horde army and accomplish the same thing I would greatly welcome any suggestions. Here is a list that I played last night for the first time. I got tabled, but part of that is my own fault and the fact that the dark gods cursed me turn 1 (Warp Storm Table Double 1's <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(264);'>FTW</span>!....killed my Keeper of Secrets)<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span><br /> Keeper of Secrets w/ Exalted Reward & Greater Reward, Psyker <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(347);'>lvl</span> 1<br /> Herald of Slaneesh w/ Exalted Reward<br /> Karanak<br /> <br /> Troops<br /> 15 Daemonettes w/ Alluress <br /> 15 Daemonettes w/ Alluress<br /> 10 Plaugebearers<br /> 10 Plaguebearers<br /> <br /> Fast<br /> 9 Flesh Hounds<br /> <br /> Heavy<br /> Daemon Prince of Slaneesh w/ Armor, Flight, 2x Greater Rewards, Psyker <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(347);'>lvl</span> 2<br /> Defiler w/ Mark of Nurgle and Warp Gaze<br /> <br /> Total Points: 1499<br /> <br /> So pretty much the Daemon Prince is there for some anti-air and so that I have the capability to deal with anything Armor 13/14. Defiler is pretty much the same thing kitted out to deal with vehicles. The one thing that I was thinking about after the game is combining the 2 squads of 10 Plaguebearers into 1 squad of 20 just so that when they get into combat they can really put on the hurt. Slaneesh Herald is there to get the portaglphy or book if the Keeper rolls poorly on the exalted table. <br /> <br /> Here is another list that I came up after the game I had last night. I slightly lose the ability to deal with heavy armor without the help from the Defiler, but that's what the Keeper and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(262);'>DP</span> are for. I want to keep the Flesh Hounds in there just because I think they are fun, I know it's not quite the flesh hound list people might be used to seeing, but like I said this is more of a balanced list. Slaneesh Herald also got buffed from the previous list to enhance the ability of the Daemonettes and challenge out whatever chump might be giving me trouble (anyone that's giving out <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>FnP</span>)<br /> <br /> So what do you guys think? Any suggestions to tweak the list to be able to fight on all fronts? If you think there's a way to dump the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(262);'>DP</span> of Slaneesh and still be able to take on Heavy Armor/Fliers I'm all ears. Those Flying <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MC</span>'s can be pretty expensive, especially at 1500pts. <br /> ]]></description>
