Autocannons isn't exactly the best for anti vehicle, but I guess that you need something against light transports, since everything you have is either multi meltas or lascannons for killing heavy vehicles.

I guess that you mean a platoon command squad in the troops choice of the allied IG force. Do they only have 1 meltagun? I suppose that they go in the Vendetta.

What psychic powers would you take on the psyker? You might want to consider a Lord commisar or a CCS with standard to keep the infantry squads in line.

Personally as an IG player, I think not having special weapons in the infantry squads is a huge waste, since 'Guard is all about the special weapons.
