I am not sure what "plans" are but I am assuming you mean "Plasma" so I will go from there. This list looks pretty good, but personally I don't like the lack of heavy weapons. The 500 point list I have been running is something like:

CCS , Lascannon, 2x Plasma
Chimera

Vets, Lascannon, 3x Plasma
Chimera

Vets, 3x Melta
Chimera

With this list I have the option to lay low and pick off vehicles from far away while moving my melta guys in to range to put the hurt on anything that escapes the lascannons. This is what works for me but if you prefer to keep those chimera's rolling all over the battlefield than what you have for a setup is pretty good.

Also having 1 vox caster does no good since the other squads need one as well in order to gain the benifit. I would say drop the vox for meltabombs on your commander.

Fill out remaining points with sentinels or some other form of vehicle or Aegis defence line.
