One thing I can't decide on is if I should take a standard and not use veteran sergeants or if I should use veteran sergeants and not take a standard. Rerolls on LD9 seems a bit like overkill. I'm sure some of the wargear options, especially the ones on troops, can be trimmed. This is just a rough draft.
