500 Points Tau

I'm playing in a Local Tournament in a couple of weeks and trying to put together a 500 point Tau List.

List Rules:
0-1 HQ
1-3 Troops
0-1 Elite
0-1 Fast
0-1 Heavy
0-1 Any additional slot

No Special/Unique/Named Characters
No Allies
No Model with more than 2 wounds
Max Vehicle Armor = 11 (dedicated transports can be 12)

Here's what I'm thinking for my list:

HQ - Ethereal
Troops - 9 Fire Warriors
Troops - 9 Fire Warriors
Troops - 9 Fire Warriors
Fast - 6 Pathfinders
Heavy - Broadside with Twin-Lined High Yield Missile Pod, TL Smart Missile, Early Warning Override (drop pods are popular locally)
Heavy - Broadside with Twin-Lined High Yield Missile Pod, TL Smart Missile, Early Warning Override

Thoughts?

The idea is to keep the Fire Warriors and Ethereal and close as possible so they all benefit for the Ethereal buff and leadership. Also, helps with supporting fire when getting assaulted. Broadsides provide heavy lots of fire and can take a few shots if need be.
