It looks like its trying to be a gunline but has loads of points in CC units walking across the field (or worse deepstriking).

Tac squads are all over the place and no fortification to hide in.

Devastators have no idea what they want to be shooting at. Centurions likewise, I know split fire helps but iif you pass an LD test.

No AA. Little AT, not much range. I honestly think you should start again get an idea what you want the list to do as a whole.
