I wanted him to try a Noise Marine list instead of a Nurgle list for a change since he usually doesn't do a whole lot of attacking for the first few turns outside of a few plink shots with some helbrutes. He's finally coming around to proxying, which allows me to write him more balanced lists. Here's what he has in the way of models, after that I'll show you guys the list I made.
