First off, I'll be frank that my CSM list is fairly lacking. However, I'll see what I can do to help.
-You lack mobility by a large margin. I recommend a Nurgle Biker lord because he'll be a real powerhouse and will be a serious threat.
-I'd take out the Obliterator to give your Plague Marines Rhinos.

You may want to look into taking maybe one group of PMs and two CSM squads with MoN instead and get some more points over to play with!
You should also consider picking two Obliterators in one group (with MoN they are much hardier) since they can take more wounds without succumbing to enemy fire since you can split the wounds over them!
