				<title>Ted talk thread</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I really like the Ted talks and would be interested to see what the ones are that stand out in people's minds here.<br /> This is one that really catches my interest since I have been working for 20 years in a company that I have seen grow from just a few people to over 1,000 and has been able to avoid the split spoken of.
