Basically rush everything up with the burnas and the mek in the battle wagon and gaz comes in with the komandos.

I'd think about droping one of the Lootas for shootas in one of the battlewagons
Komandos are mostly meh, and Snikrot asfar as I know is not worthed =/
i'd probably invest in a 4th trukk instead (maybe even a 5th one)
You should put Rokkit Launchas on the Deffkoptas and run them in individual squads. They can flank your opponent and poke at vehicles or chip away at squads
the rest of the list is looking good,
I love the nob bikers and the trukks as a core for an ork army, I am a big fan of it and have an army that revolves around it. Trukks and nob bikers awswell, and a couple of solo Rokkit Deffkoptas, but I use small squads of Lootas and a squad of Big Gunz to support them

I would also say why bring a big mek if you are not going to bring deff dread. I think your not using him to his full potential.
