And that's all I can remember off the top of my head , basically everything in the Guard army that's foot slogging has plasma guns, everyone that's in a Stürm Chimera has double Meltas , the HQ having all the fancy upgrades including Banner of mayterdom -- Tau all vehicles will have SMS , Disruption pods , Chaff launchers , repair rule thing , black sun filters and submunitions ammo of course on my hammer heads
