ADL w Quad Gun

Mostly play against Eldar and played my first game against his list at 1500 and he wiped me relatively easily so I made this new list with the new codex. He runs 3 units of 5 dire avengers, 1 unit of guardians, a far seer, wraithnight and wraithlord, firedragons in a waveserpent, 3 warwalkers (kill myself) and an avatar.

Pretty Straight Forward, all three tanks immediately rush forward and go full out and pop smoke, cover fire will follow from devastor squad, both thunderfire cannons, and the two combat squads one on the quad gun, pray they don't get immobilized and continue forward. Librarian has telepathy hoping for invisibility and puppet master to make terminators invisible in the fight and make the stupid warwalkers kill his wraithlord/avatar or just charge the terminators into the warwalkers. continuing to sprinkle templates over scoring units and other things like firedragons. Devatstor squad and the combat squads are trying to pop serpent before it can wreak havoc and thats about it.

Just got the new codex and wondering if this list is good enough or if I am completely off
