				<description><![CDATA[ I've made a slight revamp to the latest list I've been running.  I've had a fair amount of success with it in 6th edition, but retooled it a little with the release of the new codex.<br /> <br /> OLD LIST<br /> Librarian, terminator armour<br /> Tactical squad, 10 space marines, flamer, missile launcher, Veteran sergeant, power sword, Rhino 35<br /> Tactical squad, 10 space marines, plasma gun, missile launcher, Veteran sergeant, plasma pistol, Rhino 35<br /> Scout squad, Camo cloaks, (4) sniper rifles, missile launcher<br /> Sernguard veterans, 5 vets, boltguns<br /> Terminator squad, 5 terminators, assault cannon, chain fist<br /> Stormtalon gunship, Skyhammer missile launcher<br /> Land raider<br /> Vindicator, Siege shield<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> changed to Tigurius.  Dropped the Terminator squad in favor of more sternguard vets and a few more scouts and flak missiles.<br /> <br /> NEW LIST<br /> Chief Librarian Tigurius<br /> Tactical squad, 10 space marines, flamer, missile launcher, flak missiles, Veteran sergeant, power sword, Rhino<br /> Tactical squad, 10 space marines, plasma gun, missile launcher, flak missiles, Veteran sergeant, plasma pistol, Rhino<br /> Scout squad, 8 scouts, Camo cloaks, (8) sniper rifle<br /> Sernguard veterans, 9 veterans, combi-grav, combi-melta, Veteran sergeant, power axe<br /> Stormtalon gunship, Skyhammer missile launcher<br /> Land raider<br /> Vindicator, Siege shield]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ You're really not gaining a lot from <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(436);'>CT</span>:UM at all. Your Tacticals are over all the place and with only two Rhinos and one other immediate threat for potential light-medium <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(482);'>AT</span> they're going to get annihilated quickly. <br /> <br /> 1) Two Flakk <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span>'s is a pitiful waste. Take another Storm Talon instead.<br /> 2) Your firepower is pretty meagre all around. You would have serious trouble killing most <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MC</span>'s and a Riptide or two would be nigh impossible to kill. <br /> 3) Sniper Scouts suck. They suck even more when you've already got home objective combat squads, which is their only use of worth. And don't even breathe the words 'precision shot'. <br /> 4) An <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(87);'>LR</span> is a massive waste of points as a transport for Sternguard. A drop pod costs a fraction of the points and at that is more reliable at delivering them. Godhammer <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(87);'>LR</span>'s in general are naff.<br /> 5) If you take a Vindicator (which you honestly should not be with this little effective <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(482);'>AT</span> and Anti-<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MC</span>) take them in pairs or triples. They get disabled far too easily and they're always a target priority for your opponent.<br /> 6) Sternguard should have heavy flamers or more combi-weapons to make them worth the huge investment. <br /> 7) Take Devastators to make most of their doctrine and add the firepower you need. <br /> <br /> <br /> **8) Never make the cardinal sin of taking plasma pistols or power weapons on Sternguard or Tactical Sergeants. Neither are worth it, neither are intimidating, neither add anything to your list other than circumstantial additional chance that often won't play a factor at all because most things charging those squads will outright slaughter them. ]]></description>

Unless they are tank hunting you don't need them. 				<description><![CDATA[ Haha, wow, I didn't think it was that bad, but apparently I have some work to do. <img src="/s/i/a/c944477abc92c1c101da485e07ff06d8.gif" border="0"><br /> <br /> @remedy - I was going to put them in the Land Raider with Tigurius. <br /> <br /> Thanks for the comments everyone. I'll have to go back to the drawing board. I have had some success with the original list though, won more than it lost.]]></description>
