The plan is to deepstrike the Crisis team w/commander and Warp spiders where they are needed. Wave Serpent rushes into position to deliver its troops. Jetbikes stay on the move, there role will depend on what powers the warlocks get. The Farseer goes solo avoiding cover ignoring weaponry and laughing off everything else, he will guide/presience/fortune/doom/psykic shriek where it would be useful. The Dire Avengers I can't decide if I want them or if I should switch for a 6-8 man naked Firedragon Team. More Warp Spiders would also be nice.

What guns on the commander? Meshing with the squad would be your best bet. Since you have the support slots open, grab vector retro thrusters with spare points.

The Earth caste pilot array works better on the HBC, if your going for that.

I am not sold on the use of pathfinders in an ally list, as they can't boost all that much of your army. Points better spent boosting your raw killing power like more/better crisis, a serpent, bikes etc. YMMV
