I want a scary, solid 500 point build that must adhere to the following criteria:

0-1 HQ choices
Minimum of two troops
May NOT have:
* More than 3 wounds.
* Greater than 6 Toughness.
* Greater than 12 armor on any facing.
* More than one Elite choice.
* More than one Heavy Support choice.
* More than one Fast Attack choice

I can field anything out of the following codexes (codecies?): Necron, Tau, Chaos Daemons, Chaos Space Marines, Space Wolves, IG
