				<description><![CDATA[ Hey so I got a 1850 tournament coming up and I figured I would bounce some ideas off of people.  So without further ado here is the list.<br /> <br /> UM<br /> Tigurius	<br /> 	<br /> Sternguard	<br /> 	4 extra<br /> 	2x hvy flamer<br /> 	drop pod<br /> 	<br /> Tactical Marine	<br /> 	5 extra marines<br /> 	Combi Plasma<br /> 	Plasmagun<br /> 	MultiMelta<br /> 	drop pod<br /> 	<br /> Tactical Marine	<br /> 	5 extra marines<br /> 	Combi Plasma<br /> 	Plasmagun<br /> 	MultiMelta<br /> 	drop pod<br /> 	<br /> Tactical Marine	<br /> 	Lascannon<br /> 	 <br /> Thunderfire	<br /> 	<br /> Imperial Fists	<br /> Chapter Master	<br /> 	Artificier<br />         Eternal shield<br /> 	Bike<br /> 	Thunder Hamer<br /> 	 <br /> Bike Squad x 5	 <br />  	combi-grav<br /> 	2x grav gun<br /> 	<br /> Centurrion <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>Dev</span> 	<br /> 	las/mis<br /> 	omni<br /> 	<br /> Bastion	<br /> 	Quadgun<br /> <br /> The basic plan is 5 man with lascannons goes on top of the bastion, Centurions go in the Bastion IF commander goes with the bike squad for the first turn.  If I go first they go in the middle of the table, since they have a 30 inch threat range I am pretty sure that they will have a pretty good position.   Otherwise they hide in cover.   After that the Chapter Master will break off and go hunt something on the turn he is within assault range of something. <br /> <br /> The plan is to drop in one sternguard one <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squad and use the tactical doctrine on the first turn, especially if the bikes are in range so they can get re-roll 1s.<br /> <br /> I am designing this list on the assumption that the biggest contenders will be Riptide tau, wave serpent eldar, and daemons.  IF centurrions is mainly for Tank Hunter against Eldar and to a lesser extend to put the hurt on the riprides, same with the bikes.<br /> <br /> That is also the reasoning behind the larger squads in pods as well as the plasmaguns.  I think the two shots will help against wave serpents, flying <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MCs</span> and riptides more that the melta.<br /> <br /> Tigurius and Sternguard go together to go hunt troops.  Will probably go divination.<br /> <br /> Gives me some decent tank/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(93);'>MC</span> hunting, some decent anti infantry.  Really light on the anti air, however I dont see that being much of a thing with Tau removing them from the equation. ]]></description>
