Chaos Vindicator Linebreaker Squadron: 3 tanks are better than 1

I did something a bit unique with my Chaos Vindicator Linebreaker Squadron, the Chaos star spans all three siege shields. My latest article for Spikey Bits explains a bit about how I converted and painted this project.

http://blog.spikeybits.com/2013/10/chaos-space-marine-vindicator.html

Chaos Vindicator Linebreaker Squadron: 3 tanks are better than 1

Thanks for the kind comments.

Just for the record for those that haven't checked out my linked article on Spikey Bits, I did this project back in 2010 and it was featured on GW's What's New Today in December of that year. Some people have imitated the idea since then, which is fine, it's always flattering when one's hobby ideas inspire those of others. In fact, one Dakka user liked the idea so much they painted an Imperial Aquila split evenly over four Vindicator siege shields just a week or so after my models were featured by GW on their website.

I also have had a photo of these models in my Dakkadakka Gallery for a few years now.

My hobby article about these Chaos Vindicators:
http://blog.spikeybits.com/2013/10/chaos-space-marine-vindicator.html

Link to feature showing these models on the GW website:
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/content/blogPost.jsp?aId=14300117a
