Okay, I am aware that I'm lacking in AT range and mobility. Here is my current list, and at the bottom I will list what models are currently in my collection to use.

(usually I'll try the Burning Brand for the Lord or DP, or give Gift of Mutations to my HQs and Meltabombs/Wargear options with the remaining points)

Larger games I add Helbrutes and Obliterators.

Maybe replace a squad with Cultists to free up points for more killy stuff.

That would free up ~120 points. You need someone to sit in the ADL and operate the quad gun, and paying 193/198 points for this role seems very expensive.

Combine with remaining free points to put 2x Oblits into play for more AT?

Alternatively, can you get 1 more Melta and maybe a plasma pistol into the Raptors for a deep-strike anti-vehicle suicide squad?

Another alternative is 5x Havoc with 3xML. Maybe Havocs then man ADL/Quadgun and the 5xCSM squad trails the plague marines to hold captured objectives with the plague troops advance?
