As for this list it has waaayy to much of everything! For competitive U "need" to base your ork army on somthing. Orks work best with takeing a unit and spamming it! And all lists need atleast 15ish lootas and thats a low number. Komanndos and warbuggies are kinda not worth it as much as other units. Ard boyz are overpriced imo and the points could be better spent on some lootas or more boyz!

Warbuggies work best with skorchas since skorchas are great

To make points for gazzy I would drop the big shootas all around since you will only hit once with each big shoota and drop that PK on the ard boyz squad down to a big choppa since most tanks rear armour is 10/11 these days anyway. The burna is a tad too expensive for it to be worth it so I would drop that
