I believe it was Empire and Vampire Counts last year and High Elves and Skaven the year before.

So, to build up the excitement for Xmas, what do people think the big boxes (should they continue) will be for Fantasy? And, what do you think will be in there.

The likelihood is that it will be from the releases this year so will be from Warriors of Chaos, Daemons, High Elves, Lizardmen and Dark Elves.

I'm discounting Daemons because of the likelihood swap over for WFB and 40k. I'm also discounting Warriors of Chaos since I think it will be one forces or order and one disorder and I think Dark Elves will definitely be one of them. That leaves a choice of Lizardmen or High Elves as the other. That's 40k. Last year was Space Marines and Necrons (new release) and Space Marines and Dark Eldar (new release) the year before. Space Marines will always be one of the two. Dark Elves/High Elves make a good thematic pairing, and High Elves was also a pretty good release, so that seems the most likely to me. (Might be nice to see Ogres, just because Ogres are often recommended to new people as a low model count army.)
