I will mainly use this list against Space Marines.
The general idea is to have the veteran squads advance behind the Demolishers with the CCS behind them,
while the infantry squads (with the PCS nearby) + Leman Russ provide long range support.

Any ideas/feedback would be very welcome, as I have only played some 3 games with smaller lists,

The only thing I know the Leman Russ's will get killed first turn if your playing against Tau with all their insane shooting. It only takes them a couple of moderately lucky rolls to explode a tank.
