So, there it is. I'm sure TFC's are superior to Whirlwinds but for the points I like them. I figured Tigurius can buff most squads in range, and the doctrines should help too. Its sort of a little bit of everything, which the doctrines also support, plus throwing in some fun new "tricks" like the cheap-as-hell double flamer drop pod assault squads.I think this list could be fun, and has options against hordes, armor and MEQ armies. I know its a little light on anti-air but I don't really fight lots of flyers so I don't think it'll be bad. Also, 20pts leftover....

If you must take it take a MM not the plas cannon. Drop the devas down a couple men. Don't need quite as many wounds as that and can get you more units elsewhere. Heavy bolters are usually not worth there point cost. Try getting a ML or something else. Put tiggy with your strongest squad. Hope for the 4++ power.
