They are all very similar and I can't decide - these schemes are for normal marines only - i know what i want for veterans and the like. These guys will be on snow bases.

I'd also really suggest doing some test painting to see how each one looks. I like the one with the blue pads. I think this will be an interesting choice because if you are using snow bases the Marines will look very cold. In the coming winter months the sight of your army will chill your already chilly opponents and in the following summer it will be refreshing for you in the heat.
