Scouts are looking mean. It seems your core tactic is to keep your opponent busy by skirmishing his troops with your jets, while snipers, shotguns and bolters cut through their ranks, maybe deepstrike those deathwing in, to catch him off guard?

Could work really well ( I would love to see that match)

I recommend adding a drop pod to your tac marines. Free upgrade (if memory serves) and it comes in first turn.
Great to really put pressure on his troops.
A venerable dreadnought wouldn't be bad in there either, but since you are using a flyer oriented list, don't worry about it.

I like to run 2 myself, both with mega bolters, firing 7 str6 shots and 3 str5 can deal with most lights transports and infantry.

Make sure to fire it at transports though as they hit side armour and swap weapon destroyed for immobilized, this can make a bit of a difference against guard and the like.
