1500 Point Imperial Fists - Decent or Rubbish?

Captain would go with the Sternguard and along with the two tac squads would roll forward concentrating (if possible) on one major target at a time while the Dreadnoughts would walk with (beside or even in front of?) the Rhinos and provide cover fire.

The vindicators I'm new with but I would hope to get them in cover and just throw blast templates out at any available target.

Any suggestions for changes to the list and/or strategies welcomed, thanks.
