Anyhow...
1) Drop the lance from the Lord. He's got an ogre blade, so lance is wasted points. Fear incarenate is hit and miss, I'd drop it.
2) Vampire Hero would be better suited with sword of swiftness, red fury, potion of strength and enchanted shield.
Gives you a 2nd ASF redfury vampire, and you can get S8 for a round of combat. Since you can't have duplicate magic items, this is a good switch.
3) Your unit of blood knights is 385 points. For 400 points, you can have 2 unit of 4, which in practice is much better. They still hit like a brick (12 S7 attacks each unit on the charge), but they heal back twice as fast, as both units heal from a single invocation. You lose the 4+ ward vs shooting, but are bringing 8 wounds of models instead of just 4.

Other than that, it's pretty solid. Put both characters in with the black knights if you face warmachines, or put them in the blood knights if you don't.
