While all those pk's are terrifying, maybe you'd want to snip a few out of each squad so you can fill your shootas up to 30? PK per Squad. If you include the Warboss' PK attacks it would still be 11 total PK attacks on the charge.

Other option is to drop the grots and grot orderly from the painboy and add an additional PK to each nob squad
