There's just something about charging two fully loaded Land Raider Crusaders toward my enemy's lines that makes me smile. Is this list totally optimized? No, it's not. But it's a total rock-paper-scissors list that a decent amount of armies simply can't deal with.

Both Rhinos will move up behind the Land Raiders and offer anti-armor support at range. They have Lascannons to give my army multiple range bands.

The Land Raiders are a Heavy Support choice as Big Guns Never Tire is one of the missions to be played at the event.

I took your challenge and this is what I came up with, not competitve by any means but its what you want. I kept close to the way your list is built but added anti air and a stronger hq that will boost the few strong units you have. I added melta guns to boosts your effectiveness against any vehicles you see and power weapons all around for all your assaulty needs.
