my cousin and I have decided to play a 3000 point game. We normally play 1500 but he's bored of that so challenged me to a larger game. I normally play just regular Tau Empire but my list changes from game to game. This time I decided I'd try a Farsight list (hoping to throw him for a loop) but alas I have no idea how to build to their strengths and I'm worried the lack of bodies is going to be my undoing. So I'm hoping the accumulated wisdom of you fine folks can help with list construction and basic tactics that I should implement.

Rules for the game are no allies, and only 1 FoC.

models at my disposal are as follows...

HQ:

2x Ethereal
1x Cadre Fireblade
1x Darkstrider

Troops:

72x Fire Warriors
20x Kroot

Elites:

14x Crisis Suits
3x Riptides
9x Stealth Suits

Fast Attack:

26x Markerlight Pathfinders
3x Ion Pathfinders
3x Rail Pathfinders
2x Piranhas

Heavy Support:

2x HYMP Broadsides
3x Hammerhead/Skyray

Other:

ADL/Quad gun
2x Devilfish
20x Drones

He's a very aggressive chaos player and likes to get stuck in as fast as possible.
